Since 2013, Jerry and Deborah Maiorani have been combining their unique skill sets to renovate and sell homes.
Jerry entered the renovation business in the 90s when he took over his father’s collision shop and began repairing, refurbishing, and customizing luxury cars. He fell in love with the process of renovation and soon applied his skill and passion to his own home.
Deb started her career as a licensed real estate agent over 14 years ago and helps run one of Long & Foster’s top real estate teams. This experience provided her with a wealth of knowledge about Monmouth County, NJ and its housing market. It was her background in real estate which would set this husband-and-wife team on the path to owning their own business.
Soon, the couple combined Deb’s background in real estate with Jerry’s passion for renovation and began flipping homes. It wasn’t long until others began to show an interest in their work, which encouraged them to found JD Home Designs.
Now, as a team, they work together to create dream homes for people all over Monmouth County, NJ, and the surrounding area.

Having lived in Monmouth County for over 20 years, Deb enjoys using her knowledge of New Jersey to find the perfect homes for her clients. She sincerely believes that selling real estate is more than just a job–it allows her to provide each client with honest, attentive, and dedicated guidance during their unique real estate journey. Outside of work, Deb loves traveling and spending time with her family and their new dog, Teddy.

Jerry has lived in Monmouth County for over 20 years. He loves seeing the joy his work gives others and knowing his clients will build lives in the homes he’s created. When he’s not renovating, he enjoys pursuing a healthy lifestyle and taking summer bike rides with his wife.
